Swashi glossary: terms A to Z
Plain-language definitions of Swashi terms from A to Z, including ICP tier, Business Brain, warm-up, suppression list, AEO, GEO, voice credits and more.
This glossary explains the terms you will see in Swashi and in these docs. Each entry is short and links to the page that covers it in detail. Terms are listed A to Z.
A
Accomplishments. A day-by-day record in Reports of what your agents actually did for you, such as emails sent, tasks completed, positive replies and meetings booked. See Reports.
AEO (answer engine optimization). Making your content easy for search features such as featured snippets and "People Also Ask" to quote. Swashi shows which pages can win snippets and where FAQ schema is missing. See AEO and GEO.
Agent Monitor. A sidebar page that shows the live status and recent activity of your background AI agents.
AI Draft. The Social Studio button that writes a post in your brand voice using your Business Brain.
AI Receptionist. An AI agent that answers calls to your Swashi number. It answers questions, qualifies callers, books meetings and takes messages. See AI Receptionist.
AI Workforce. The list of your agents on the Business page, each with a state such as Working, Scheduled, Ready or Needs setup.
App Password. A separate password you create in your Google Account (under Security) so Swashi can send from Gmail. Use it instead of your normal password. See Connect a sending account.
Auto-post. An article that Swashi writes and publishes to your connected website. Your plan includes a monthly number of auto-posts.
Auto-publish. A per-site setting in Website Settings that publishes articles as soon as they are written, instead of saving them as drafts.
Autodraft. Turning a trending news article into a ready-to-post social post with your take on it. See Trending and autodraft.
B
Bot Channels. The sidebar page where you connect Swashi to LINE, WhatsApp and Telegram. See Chatbots.
Bot Security Center. A Settings panel that creates a security code. The Swashi bot asks for this code before it runs destructive commands, such as deleting a site.
Booster pack (add-on). Extra capacity, such as more leads, inboxes or connected sites, added to your current plan without upgrading. See Plans and billing.
Bounce rate. The share of emails that could not be delivered. A campaign pauses automatically if its bounce rate reaches 5%.
Branding Media. The part of the Business Brain where you upload your logo, documents and brand images so your agents learn from them. It is available on paid plans.
Business Brain. The one place where you teach Swashi about your business. Every agent reads it. See Business Brain.
Business page. Your AI Virtual Office. It shows your workforce, what needs your attention, opportunities, calls and lead journeys. See Business page.
C
Content Library. Every article Swashi has generated for your account, newest first, with View Content, View Live and Push to Social Studio. See Content Library.
Copy Intelligence. The Email Outreach feature that writes all four emails of a campaign sequence from a one-sentence description of your offer.
Core Web Vitals. Speed scores for the mobile and desktop versions of your site, shown in SEO AI Rankings with suggestions to improve them.
Creative Director. A content setting that shapes the voice of your articles.
D
Deliverability. How reliably your emails reach the inbox. Reports show a deliverability Health Score from 0 to 100, plus delivery, bounce, open, click and spam rates. See Deliverability and warm-up.
G
GEO (generative engine optimization). Improving how AI assistants mention your brand. Swashi asks AI engines the questions your buyers ask and checks each answer for your brand. See AEO and GEO.
Google Search Console (GSC). Google's tool for your site's search data. Connecting it read-only unlocks keyword rankings, impressions, clicks and indexing status. See Search Console.
Growth Hub. The Lead Generation view that ranks your pipeline as Super Golden, Golden or Standard, with filters such as Top Value and Opportunity.
I
ICP (Ideal Customer Profile). A description of the customer you most want. Swashi reads it from your Business Brain and starts every lead search from it.
ICP score. A 0 to 100 rating of how well a lead fits your ideal customer, based on niche fit, outreach readiness, digital presence, business maturity and website opportunity.
ICP tier. The band a lead's ICP score falls into: A (75 to 100, perfect fit), B (55 to 74, strong fit), C (35 to 54, moderate fit) or D (0 to 34, poor fit). See ICP tiers.
L
Lead credits. Your monthly allowance of leads. A bar in Lead Generation shows how many you have used this month.
Lead Journey. A per-person timeline (found, emailed, replied, call, callback, meeting) on the Business page.
Lead source. Where a campaign takes its leads from: Swashi's leads, your Google Sheet, or leads you uploaded.
Lead status. Where a lead stands, such as new, contacted, replied or closed. Statuses update automatically as you contact leads and they reply.
M
Mailbox (sending account). An email account you connect to send outreach, such as Gmail, Brevo, SendGrid or SMTP. Your outreach capacity depends on how many mailboxes your plan includes.
N
Needs Your Attention. The Business page list of people waiting on you, such as callback requests, positive replies, upcoming meetings and texts.
Not measured. Shown when there is not enough verified activity to report a figure. It never means zero. Unavailable means a figure could not be loaded just now.
O
Opportunities. People showing buying signals, listed on the Business page with the reason why.
P
Persona (writer). A writing style for articles, such as Generalist, Trend Hunter, Professor or Storyteller. See Writer personas and style.
Persona (voice). A named AI voice used on calls. Click an avatar to hear a preview. See Personas and voices.
Persuasion angle. The approach an outreach sequence takes: authority, automation, social proof, ROI or urgency.
R
Reply Intelligence. Automatic sorting of email replies into positive, neutral, objection or not interested.
Research scan. A market research scan. Your plan includes a monthly number of them.
S
Smart FAQs. Approved answers that your receptionist and every agent use on real calls.
SEO AI Rankings. The sidebar page that tracks traditional SEO, AEO and GEO, plus automation, in one place.
Spam trigger scan. A check on every email for words that commonly trigger spam filters, run before the email is sent.
Suppression list. People who must not be emailed again, such as those who unsubscribed or whose mailbox hard-bounced. Swashi checks it before every send. See Compliance and unsubscribe.
T
Test call. A live AI call to yourself, so you can hear your voice setup before you launch a campaign.
Trial. The 7-day free trial on the Starter plan, with deliberately small limits.
U
Unified Inbox. One inbox for every reply from every connected mailbox. You can answer without leaving Swashi. See Unified Inbox.
Unsubscribe link. A link Swashi automatically adds to every outreach email. People who use it are added to your suppression list.
V
Verified email. An email address Swashi checked before the lead reached you. It is marked with a green check on the lead card. See Verified leads.
Voice credits. Prepaid credits that calls and texts draw from. Credits never expire. See Voice credits.
W
Warm-up. The gradual increase in daily sending for a newly connected mailbox. The account card shows the warm-up day and today's safe limit. Never skip it.
Website Settings. The sidebar page where you connect and configure your websites for publishing. See Connect your website.
Frequently asked questions
What does ICP mean in Swashi?+
ICP stands for Ideal Customer Profile. Swashi scores every lead from 0 to 100 on how well it matches your ideal customer and groups leads into tiers A, B, C and D.
What is the difference between AEO and GEO?+
AEO (answer engine optimization) helps your content appear in featured snippets and answer boxes, for example with FAQ schema. GEO (generative engine optimization) tracks and improves whether AI assistants mention your brand in their answers.
What is email warm-up?+
Warm-up gradually raises how many emails a newly connected mailbox sends each day, so inbox providers build trust in it. Swashi does this automatically and shows the warm-up day and safe daily limit on each account.
What does Not measured mean?+
Not measured means there is not enough verified activity yet to report a figure. It is not the same as zero, and Swashi never shows a made-up number in its place.
