The Swashi bot lets you run your account from LINE, WhatsApp or Telegram: find leads, check campaigns and replies, write articles and ask questions about your business, all by typing in plain words. Connect it from Bot Channels, verify your account once with a 6-digit code, and every request runs against your own Swashi account.

Before you start

  • Any plan. Bot Channels is available on all plans.
  • Your account email. You verify with the email address of your Swashi account, so have access to that inbox.
  • The messaging app (LINE, WhatsApp or Telegram) installed on your phone or computer.

Connect a messenger

  1. Sign in at app.swashi.io and click Bot Channels in the sidebar.
  2. Choose your platform and follow the connection steps:
    • LINE — scan the QR code or click Open LINE.
    • WhatsApp — scan the QR code or click the WhatsApp link.
    • Telegram — click the Telegram bot link and press Start.
  3. Send any message to the bot to begin.

Verify your account

The first time you message the bot, it links the chat to your Swashi account:

  1. The bot asks for your Swashi account email address.
  2. Reply with your email. A 6-digit verification code is sent to that address.
  3. Type the code in the chat.
  4. Your account is linked. All commands now run against your Swashi account.

Note:Verification expires after 30 days. You may also need to verify again after a session reset. The bot will walk you through it.

You can type natural language or exact commands. Here are the main ones.

Any greetingShows a welcome card and menu in your language

Any free-form business question is answered from your Business Brain; you are not limited to these commands.

Tip:Ask for exactly what you want in one message, for example "find 20 gyms in Dubai". The bot queues the search straight away instead of asking follow-up questions.

How results come back

When you send a request, the bot understands it, hands it to the right Swashi agent and replies in the same chat. Results usually arrive within 60–120 seconds. If the bot cannot do something, it tells you so instead of staying silent.

Languages

The bot speaks all 18 Swashi languages: English, Spanish, French, German, Italian, Dutch, Portuguese, Russian, Turkish, Arabic, Hebrew, Hindi, Indonesian, Japanese, Korean, Malay, Thai and Chinese. Its menu and welcome card are fully localized. It answers in your account language, the same preference used by the app, emails and voice, and a manual language choice always wins. See Languages.

Chat or app?

The app at app.swashi.io gives you the full visual interface: dashboards, charts and settings. The bot is for quick work on the go: lead searches, status checks, content requests and social scheduling. Both use the same account and data.

Troubleshooting

  • The bot asks me to verify again. Verification lasts 30 days, and a session reset can also require it. Enter your email and the new code.
  • I did not get the code. Check that you typed the email of your Swashi account, and look in that inbox's spam folder.
  • A request did not finish. Type job status or status to check queued jobs. If it persists, contact the Support Center or support@swashi.io.

Frequently asked questions

Which messaging apps does the Swashi bot work on?+

LINE, WhatsApp and Telegram. They share one Brain with the in-app chat, so the experience is consistent everywhere and works with the same account and data.

Why does the bot ask me to verify my account?+

For security. Verification links the chat to your specific Swashi account, so commands run against your own leads, campaigns and articles and no one else can issue commands on your behalf.

How long does verification last?+

Verification expires after 30 days. You may also need to verify again after a session reset; the bot will ask for your email and a new code.

Which languages does the bot speak?+

All 18 Swashi languages. It answers in your account language, detects the language you write in, and a manual language choice always wins.

Do I have to use exact commands?+

No. You can type natural language or exact commands, and any free-form question about your business is answered from your Business Brain.
