Submit a support ticket

You must be signed in to submit a ticket. If you are not, the app asks you to log in first.

  1. Click Support Center in the sidebar. The page says "Tell us what happened — we add it to our queue and reply by email."
  2. In Submit a ticket, choose a Category:
CategoryUse it for
Report a BugSomething in the app does not work as expected
Billing IssuePayments, plans or invoices
Feature RequestSomething you would like Swashi to do
OtherAnything else
  1. Choose the Urgency: Normal or High Priority.
  2. Write a Subject ("Brief summary...") and a Message ("Describe the issue..."). Both are required.
  3. Check the line under the form: "Sent from the [plan] plan · account [email]". This is the plan and email address your ticket is sent from.
  4. Click Submit Ticket. The app shows "Ticket Received" and "We have added this to our queue." Click Submit another ticket to raise a new one.

Tip:"Screenshots help — paste a link to one in the message." The form has no file upload, so share a link to the image.

A good message names the feature you were using, what you did, what happened, what you expected, and the exact error text.

Where replies go

Tickets go to the Swashi team, and we reply by email to the address shown on the form, which is your account email. Watch that inbox, including its spam folder.

Track your tickets

The Your recent tickets card shows your latest tickets, newest first. Each one shows its subject, category, urgency (when it is High Priority), the date and a status:

StatusMeaning
OpenReceived and in the queue
In progressBeing worked on
ResolvedThe issue has been answered or fixed
ClosedThe ticket is closed

If you have none, the card says "No tickets yet. When you submit one it appears here with its status." If the list cannot load, it says "We couldn't load this just now. Try again shortly." That does not mean your tickets are gone.
