The Business page is your AI Virtual Office: one screen that shows what your AI workforce is doing, who needs you right now, and what is working. Open Business in the sidebar. The page sums itself up as "Your business. Your opportunities. Your AI workforce."

Use it as your daily starting point. Everything on it comes from real activity in your account, and sections fill in as your agents start working.

Before you start

The Business page is available on all plans. It is most useful once you have:

Until then, sections show what will appear there instead of empty numbers.

Your AI Workforce

Your AI Workforce lists your agents and shows how many are working or scheduled right now:

AgentTypical work
Lead AgentFinding and scoring leads
Outreach AgentSending your email sequences
AI ReceptionistAnswering inbound calls
Content AgentWriting and publishing articles
Social AgentPublishing social posts
SEO AgentTracking search and AI visibility
Business BrainFeeding every agent your business knowledge

Each agent shows one state: Working, Scheduled, Ready, Needs setup or Unavailable. Needs setup tells you which step to finish next.

Unlock more of Swashi

This checklist shows the setup steps you have not finished yet, each with a Set up button:

  • Set up your Business Brain: it powers every agent that speaks for your business.
  • Find your first leads: give your agents someone to reach.
  • Start your first campaign: let your Outreach Agent begin working.
  • Add your website: unlock search and AI visibility.
  • Connect a social account: let your Social Agent publish for you.

Needs Your Attention

Needs Your Attention is your to-do list of people waiting on you. When nothing needs you, it says so. New items appear when someone:

  • Requested a callback from your AI Receptionist (marked Hot)
  • Showed strong interest on a call (High intent)
  • Replied positively to a campaign (Reply)
  • Has a meeting coming up (Meeting)
  • Texted you and is awaiting your reply (Text)

Filter the list with All, Hot, Replies and Calls, and sort by Hottest or Newest. Act without leaving the page:

  1. Click Call back to return a call.
  2. Click Reply to answer an email. The reply is sent from your connected account.
  3. Click Reply by text to answer a text message.

Tip:The page reminds you that replying within 24 hours keeps a prospect warm.

Opportunities

Opportunities lists the people worth your time, each with the reason why. Columns show Who, the Signal (for example a positive reply, a callback request, high interest, a buying signal or a booked meeting) and What they said. A summary shows how many are open, handled or have gone quiet.

AI Receptionist

The AI Receptionist section reports on your inbound calls:

  • Conversations, Qualified, Callbacks asked and Need you, for this week.
  • Tone: how callers sounded (positive, neutral or negative).
  • What they need and What they push back on, summarized from real calls.
  • Recent conversations, with interest, callback requests and buying signals, plus Call back and Email actions.

If you have not set up a number yet, this section explains how to give your receptionist one. See AI Receptionist.

Lead Journeys

Lead Journeys shows a timeline for each person with more than one recorded event: Found, Emailed, Contacted, Replied, Call, Callback, Next call and Meeting. Use it to see where every prospect stands across email and voice.

Your daily briefing

Several sections give you the day at a glance:

  • Today Swashi Worked For You: leads, emails sent, replies, positive replies, meetings, content, calls handled and social posts.
  • What Swashi Will Do Next: upcoming agent work, meetings and how many sends are left today.
  • What Your Customers Are Saying: top objections (such as pricing, budget and timing, or an existing provider), pain points and buying signals.
  • What's Working and Swashi Recommends: these unlock only once there is enough evidence from your own results.
  • Search & AI Visibility: whether AI answers mention you and how many keywords are tracked, once your website is added.
  • Business Brain: your setup completeness, with a Manage button.
  • Plan Capacity: emails this month, voice credits and lead capacity, with a link to Billing.

Swashi also emails you a daily brief in your own language that summarizes the day.

Note:"Not measured" means there is not enough verified activity yet, and "Unavailable" means a figure could not be loaded just now. Neither one means zero.

Frequently asked questions

What is the Business page in Swashi?+

The Business page is your AI Virtual Office: one view of what your AI workforce is doing, who needs your attention, what customers are saying, what is working and what Swashi will do next. Open it from Business in the sidebar.

What shows up in Needs Your Attention?+

People who need a response from you: callback requests, callers who showed strong interest, positive email replies, upcoming meetings and text messages waiting for your reply. You can call back or reply right from the list.

Why are some sections empty or showing Not measured?+

Sections activate as data arrives. Until Swashi has real activity to report, a section explains what will appear there or shows Not measured. Swashi never fills a gap with a made-up number.

What is a Lead Journey?+

A Lead Journey is a per-person timeline of every recorded step, such as found, emailed, replied, call, callback and meeting, so you can see exactly where each prospect stands.
