Creator-style images are social post images that look like your brand made them. Swashi learns your colours, style and mood from the files you upload, and it can turn a post into a creator card: an image with your real photo, your name, the network badge and your handle, with your post's opening line as the headline.

Product: Creator-Style Images

This guide is for business owners, founders and marketers who post on LinkedIn, Facebook or Instagram and want every image to look on-brand without designing it.

Before you start

  • Use a paid plan. Creator-style images are included in paid plans. Branding Media files start on Starter (see the table below).
  • Connect your networks. You can only post to networks you have connected. See connect your social networks.
  • Teach your Business Brain. Swashi writes and designs from your Business Brain, so the more it knows, the better your images fit.

Teach Swashi your visual style

  1. Open User Settings and go to Branding Media.
  2. Upload your logo, company profile, brochures and any creatives you already use.
  3. For each file, choose where it applies: LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, your website or email.

Swashi studies the colours, composition and mood of those files and applies them to new images. When you change a file, your AI employees pick up the change within about a minute.

Set up your creator card

A creator card needs three things:

  1. A creator-card reference. In Branding Media, upload a creator-card image whose style you like and tick the network chips it should be used for. This "pins" the creator card to those networks.
  2. Your creator identity. In User Settings → Business Brain → Identity, fill in Creator name (as shown on social cards) and your LinkedIn, Facebook and Instagram handles.
  3. Your photo. Add your profile photo in User Settings. It is the face on your cards. If you have none, Swashi uses your connected account's photo or a photo from Branding Media. Swashi never generates an AI face.

Create a post with a creator card

  1. Open Social Studio and pick the networks for the post.
  2. Write your post or click AI Draft to write it in your brand voice.
  3. Choose the image:
    • Creator card — your photo, name, network badge and handle, with your post's opening line as a bold headline and a strip of matching photos underneath.
    • Generate Image — a fresh AI image from your post text in your brand style.
  4. Wait while Swashi shows "Rendering your creator card…". A card usually takes a minute or two because each one is laid out and checked before it is ready.
  5. Click Schedule or Post Now.

The card shows only the hook and a short excerpt. Your full post and hashtags go in the caption, word for word. If a card cannot be rendered, Swashi says so and uses a normal image instead, so the post still goes out.

Automatic posts use your creator card too

Once a creator-card reference is pinned to a network, posts that Swashi creates for you on that network, such as trending posts and auto-drafts and scheduled automations, use the creator card automatically. Networks without a pinned reference get a normal on-brand image.

Designed graphics, photography and correct spelling

If your brand relies on designed graphics, Swashi produces clean infographics in that style; if it relies on photography, you get scenes that match its mood. Headlines are set as real text rather than drawn by an image model, so they are spelled correctly in all 18 languages Swashi supports, including Thai, Arabic, Hindi, Chinese and Japanese.

Troubleshooting

  • I don't see Creator card in Social Studio. Check that you ticked the network's chip on a creator-card reference in Branding Media, and that you are on a paid plan.
  • The card shows the wrong face. Update your profile photo in User Settings; it is used first.
  • The card shows no name. Fill in Creator name in User Settings → Business Brain → Identity.

Frequently asked questions

Which plans include creator-style images?+

Creator cards and on-brand images are included in paid plans. Free does not include Branding Media files, so creator cards start on Starter.

Does Swashi put an AI-generated face on my card?+

No. The face on a creator card is always a real photo you chose: your Swashi profile photo first, otherwise your connected account's photo or a photo from Branding Media.

Which networks support creator cards?+

LinkedIn, Facebook and Instagram. A card is used for a network only when you ticked that network's chip on a creator-card reference in Branding Media.

Will the card change my post text?+

No. The card shows the hook and a short excerpt; your full post and hashtags stay word for word in the caption.

Are headlines spelled correctly in other languages?+

Yes. Headlines are set as real text, not drawn by an image model, so they are spelled correctly in all 18 languages Swashi supports, including Thai, Arabic, Hindi, Chinese and Japanese.

What happens if a creator card cannot be made?+

Swashi tells you it could not render the card and uses a normal image instead, so your post is never blocked.
