Google API Services — Limited Use Disclosure

Last updated: June 2026

Swashi’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

What Google data we access

Swashi requests the narrow https://www.googleapis.com/auth/drive.file scope. This grants access only to the specific Google Spreadsheet a user explicitly selects through the Google Picker file-selection workflow. We do not request, and cannot obtain, access to any other files in a user’s Google Drive.

How we use it

  • We read lead data from, and write campaign status updates (e.g. Contacted, Replied, Interested, Meeting Booked) to, the single spreadsheet you select.
  • Data is used only to provide the automation services you request.
  • We do not sell your data.
  • We do not use Google user data for advertising.
  • We do not use Google user data to train generalized AI/ML models.
  • Humans do not read your Google data except where required for security, to comply with law, or with your explicit consent.

What we do NOT do

Swashi does not enumerate, search, discover, or access spreadsheets beyond those you explicitly select. We never request broad access to your Google Drive or all of your spreadsheets.

Revoking access

You can disconnect Swashi at any time from within the app (Growth → Disconnect Sheet), or revoke access directly from your Google Account permissions. Revoking access immediately stops all data access.
