Your account settings live on the **Settings** page, which you open with **User Settings** in the sidebar or **Profile** in the app header. Here you manage your profile, password, language, security, notifications and Business Brain, and see your plan usage.

This page walks through each section in the order you will use it.

## Profile

Under **Account Settings** you can:

- Edit your **Display Name**.
- See your **Email Address**.
- Change your picture. Click **Change** to **Pick an avatar** or **Upload a photo**. You can also choose **Remove picture — use my initial**.

Click **Save Profile Changes** when you are done.

## Change your password

1. Click **Change Password**.
2. Click **Send verification code**. Swashi emails a 6-digit code to your account address.
3. Enter the code.
4. Type a new password of at least 8 characters, then confirm it.
5. Click **Update password**.

If you do not receive the code, use **Resend code**. You can also use **Send Password Reset Email** to reset your password by email.

## Language

Choose your language under **Language**, or with **Select Language** in the app header. This one master preference sets the language of the app, every email Swashi sends you, your voice agents and the chatbots. Swashi detects it from your location at signup, but your own choice always wins.

Under **Advanced language settings**, you can run specific surfaces in a different language:

- **Content generation (blogs & social)**
- **Voice agent calls**
- **Outreach emails to your leads**

See [Languages](https://swashi.io/docs/getting-started/languages) for the 18 supported languages.

## Two-Factor Authentication

**Two-Factor Authentication** adds an extra layer of security. With **Email verification on login** enabled, a 6-digit code is sent to your email every time you sign in. To turn it off, enter the code sent to your email and click **Confirm Disable**.

> **Tip:** If you have not enabled it yet, Swashi may show a **Secure your account** reminder. Click **Enable 2FA** to switch it on.

## Bot Security Center

If you use the Swashi bot on LINE, WhatsApp or Telegram, the **Bot Security Center** creates a security code. The bot asks for this code before it runs destructive commands, such as deleting a site.

- Click **Rotate Code** to create a new code. The old one stops working.
- Copy and save the new code straight away. It is not shown again after you refresh the page.

See [Security and privacy](https://swashi.io/docs/account/security-and-privacy).

## Notifications

**Notifications** controls what reaches the bell in your header. It covers only your own business events, never marketing. Turn each one on or off:

| Notification | When it fires |
|---|---|
| **Positive email replies** | A prospect answered one of your campaigns and wants a person. |
| **Callback requests** | A caller asked your AI receptionist to call them back. |
| **High-intent calls** | A receptionist call scored 7/10 or more on buying intent. |
| **Meetings booked** | A caller booked a slot with your receptionist. |
| **Articles published** | An article went live on one of your websites. |
| **Inbound calls** | Your AI receptionist answered a call. |
| **Text messages** | Someone texted your Swashi number and is waiting for your reply. |

Email reports, such as an instant alert on a positive reply or a daily or weekly digest, are set up in **Reports**. See [Notifications and digests](https://swashi.io/docs/reports/notifications-and-digests).

## Business Brain

The **Business Brain** section is where you teach every agent your business: identity, knowledge, operations, brand files and Smart FAQs. **Your AI Team** shows which agents are running on your Brain. Read the full guide in [Business Brain](https://swashi.io/docs/getting-started/business-brain).

**Business Pulse** summarizes what your AI did this month: calls answered, meetings booked, messages taken and Brain health.

## Meetings Calendar

The **Meetings Calendar** shows meetings booked by your AI receptionist and your calendar.

1. Click **Connect Google Calendar** and sign in with Google.
2. Your upcoming events and Calendly bookings appear with their meeting links.

Access is read-only. Swashi shows your upcoming events and checks whether a time is free when a caller asks for one. It never creates, changes or deletes events. To remove access, click **Disconnect**.

## Plan & Usage

**Plan & Usage** shows your current plan and monthly limits, such as auto-posts, social posts, research scans, connected sites and prompt personas. Click **Manage Subscription** to change your plan. See [Plans and billing](https://swashi.io/docs/account/plans-and-billing).

## Referral

If someone referred you but you did not sign up through their link, enter their email under **Referral** and click **Save**. If you signed up through a referral link, it is already recorded. Referrals are locked once your plan is paid.
