To get help with Swashi, open **Support Center** in the sidebar and submit a ticket: choose a category, describe the problem and click **Submit Ticket**. Replies arrive by email at your account address. For quick answers, start with these docs, the video tutorials or the in-app assistant. If you cannot sign in, email support@swashi.io.

## Before you write

Many questions are answered already:

- [Troubleshooting](https://swashi.io/docs/account/troubleshooting) covers common errors and what to do about them.
- The [FAQ](https://swashi.io/docs/account/faq) answers frequent questions about plans, data and features.
- [Quick start](https://swashi.io/docs/getting-started/quick-start) walks you through your first steps.

## Submit a support ticket

You must be signed in to submit a ticket. If you are not, the app asks you to log in first.

1. Click **Support Center** in the sidebar. The page says "Tell us what happened — we add it to our queue and reply by email."
2. In **Submit a ticket**, choose a **Category**:

| Category | Use it for |
|---|---|
| **Report a Bug** | Something in the app does not work as expected |
| **Billing Issue** | Payments, plans or invoices |
| **Feature Request** | Something you would like Swashi to do |
| **Other** | Anything else |

3. Choose the **Urgency**: **Normal** or **High Priority**.
4. Write a **Subject** ("Brief summary...") and a **Message** ("Describe the issue..."). Both are required.
5. Check the line under the form: "Sent from the [plan] plan · account [email]". This is the plan and email address your ticket is sent from.
6. Click **Submit Ticket**. The app shows "Ticket Received" and "We have added this to our queue." Click **Submit another ticket** to raise a new one.

> **Tip:** "Screenshots help — paste a link to one in the message." The form has no file upload, so share a link to the image.

A good message names the feature you were using, what you did, what happened, what you expected, and the exact error text.

## Where replies go

Tickets go to the Swashi team, and we reply by email to the address shown on the form, which is your account email. Watch that inbox, including its spam folder.

## Track your tickets

The **Your recent tickets** card shows your latest tickets, newest first. Each one shows its subject, category, urgency (when it is **High Priority**), the date and a status:

| Status | Meaning |
|---|---|
| **Open** | Received and in the queue |
| **In progress** | Being worked on |
| **Resolved** | The issue has been answered or fixed |
| **Closed** | The ticket is closed |

If you have none, the card says "No tickets yet. When you submit one it appears here with its status." If the list cannot load, it says "We couldn't load this just now. Try again shortly." That does not mean your tickets are gone.

## Other ways to get help
